Group 3 State Relay Championships 2013

On Saturday, January 12, at the Bennett Center in Toms River, NJ, the Mendham Girls winter track team competed in the Groups 3 State Relay Championships and represented their school admirably. Them team finished in overall 3rd place, getting points in 4 of the 6 events they competed in.

Their results:

  1. Distance Medley Relay - 1rst place finish in a time of 12:18.50 (Abbey Seal, Mackenzie Barry, Skye Tonnesen, and Reagan Kolakowski)
  2. 3200M Relay - 1rst Place finish in a time of 9:43.08 (Abbey Seel, MacKenzie Barry, Margo Medenback, and Reagan Kolakowski)
  3. 800M Relay - 6th place finish in a time of 1:50.47 (Laura Papili, Nicky, Cali Hefernan, and Siera Tonnesen)
  4. Shuttle Hurdles - 7th place finish - Liberty Mason-Sharma, Cali Hefernan, Christine Graziano, and Laura Papili
  5. Sprint Medley - xth place finish - Skye Tonnesen (400M), Courtney Foshay (200M), Nikkey Skuraton (200M) and Meg Byrne (800M)

The scoreboard to the left is incorrectly entitled as these are the results of the 4x800M relay. The Mendham Foursome of Abbey Seel, MacKenzie Barry, Margo Medenback, and Reagan Kolakowski took first place in the 4x800M relay.
