On Saturday, April 13, the Mendham girls track team won the Dodgertown Relays by a very wide margin over all the competitors. The
team took first place finishes in the Shuttle Hurdles, the Distance Medley Relays, the 4x200M Relay, and the Sprint Medley Relay. TheGirls scored a total
of 56 points. The second place team only had 28 so you can see they won by a very comfortable margin.
JV Sprint Medley Relay
In this JV Sprint Medley race, Mendham takes first place. Apologies to Skye as my video camera ran out of memory and shutdown roughly 10 yards from the
finish line. Regardless of the videp mishap, In a time of 4:33.04, Cali Hefernan, Courtney Foshay, Kaitlyn Hess, and Skye Tonnesen win the first place
medals. The Mendham JV "B" team can also be seen in some of this video.
Sprint Medley Relay
Mendham girls shatter the meet record and also break the school record for the Sprint Medley relay turning in a blazing 4:13.82. Audrey (200), Sierra (200), Laura (400) and Abby (800)
race to a first place finish.
Shuttle Hurdle Relays
Liberty, Cali, Becky, and Laura easily win the Shuttle Hurdle relay and may have broken the school record with their finishing time. Apologies as Cali and
Becky had already left before posing for this picture. The team posted a time of 1:07.36. Extra apologies to Liberty as I missed the first leg (her run) as the
video camera was on photo mode instead of video.
4x200M Relay
Courtney, Audrey, Sierra, and Laura raced their way into the record books, tieing the meet record as well as breaking the school record for the 4x200M relay, finishing
in a time of 1:47.21.
4x100M Relay
Lauren Villa, Courtney Foshay, Audrey O'Neil and Sierra Tonnesen with a strong showing in the 4x100M relay, finishing second in a time of 52:12.
