On April 25, The Mendham Highs School Girl's Track team sent 3 separate groups of girls to compete in the 119th Penn Relays at Franlkin Field on
the Unversity of Penn Campus in Philadelphia, PA. The three teams that competed in front of a crowd of over 23,000 spectators were:
4x100M Relay Team: Liberty Mason-Sharma, Courtney Foshay, Bonnie Brown and Becky Flitcroft (Time: 53.24)
4x400M Relay Team: Laura Papili, Audrey O'Neill, Cali Hefernan, and Sierra Tonnesen (1st place finish in their heat, Time 3:58.9)
Distance Medley Relay Team: Abby Seel, Reagan Kolokowski, Skye Tonnesen, and MacKenzie Barry (7th place finish in the America's Championship race,
Time: 12:07.2)
Congratulations to all three teams for representing Mendham High School so proudly. The DMR team qualified and ran in the Championship of America's
Race where only 15 teams qualified.
Congratulations to the 4x400M relay team for breaking the Mendham High School girls record for that event.
Congratulations to the 4x100M relay team where all four girls got their first ever experience in competing in the Penn Relays, an experience that that
every girl would wish to experience at least once in their lifetime.
